Job Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing Tack TMI Turkey team. Your role will be to lead the develop of high-impact learning experiences by using Tack TMI know-how to help customers advance their business by developing their people.

Our approach to learning always focuses on high engagement and lots of practice, because we strongly believe that learning starts well before a participant joins the session and does not end when the session is over.

 

The core responsibilities are: 


  • Develop the sales of high-impact learning experiences by using Tack TMI know-how to help customers advance their business, as well as the people who work in them – improve their skills and behaviors and thrive.
  • Develop new business and maximize revenue growth with corporate in market
  • Evaluate and identify best opportunities within customer portfolio
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
  • Consistently deliver against assigned target, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to corporate
  • Collaborating with trainers directly to plan out the very best solution for each learning area
  • Collaborate within and across functions, to ensure development of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively manage numerous priorities and expectations
  • Collate required materials into a final package for client delivery
  • Innovate our learning experiences by researching and suggesting new tools or approaches to make our solutions the best

 

Core Requirements:


  • Degree level, training, or significant experience in Educational Psychology, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a corporate sales and account management.
  • A people person who can build relationships quickly through being highly credible, influential and an excellent communicator.
  • A passionate and ambitious individual who believes in the individual and loves the idea of helping people and businesses thrive.
  • Embraces their own learning and is passionate about continuously developing themselves.
  • Experience of working with MS platforms (Excel, Power Point...etc)
  • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
